Ingredients

• 1½ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
• ½ oz. Blue curacao
• ½ oz. Cognac
• Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

Combine whiskey, liqueur and cognac in mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into martini glass and garnish.

• 2 oz. Irish whiskey
• 1 oz. Dry vermouth
• 1 tsp. Green creme de menthe

Instructions

Pour ingredients into mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill and strain into martini glass.

Irish Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts buffalo grass vodka
• 1 part dry vermouth
• Irish whiskey
• Lemon twist

Instructions

Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with Irish whiskey. Combine vodka and vermouth in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.
