Irish Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts buffalo grass vodka
• 1 part dry vermouth
• Irish whiskey
• Lemon twist

Instructions

Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with Irish whiskey. Combine vodka and vermouth in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.

Manhasset Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts rye whiskey
• 1/2 part dry vermouth
• 1/2 part sweet vermouth
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• Lemon twist

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Manhattan Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts rye whiskey
• 2 parts sweet vermouth
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Maraschino cherry

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.

Mounted Cop Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Whiskey of choice
• ½ oz. White creme de cacao
• ½ oz. Heavy cream
• Nutmeg for sprinkling

Instructions

Pour whiskey, liqueur and cream into mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
