Alconquin Martini Recipe

• Whiskey, Dry Vermouth, Pineapple Juice, Club Soda

1½ oz. Whiskey of choice, 1 oz. Dry vermouth, 1 oz. Pineapple juice, 1 oz. Club soda

Pour whiskey, vermouth and juice into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass, top with club soda and stir gently.

2 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Johnnie Walker Gold Label, 1 oz. DRAMBUIE Liqueur

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill and strain into your martini glass.

Dry Manhattan Martini Recipe

• Rye Whiskey, Dry Vermouth, Lemon Twist

With dry vermouth and lemon

2½ oz. Rye whiskey, ½ oz. Dry vermouth, Lemon twist

Pour whiskey and vermouth into mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and add the twist.

Four Seasons Manhattan Martini Recipe

Pour whiskey and vermouth into missing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and garnish.

Irish Martini Recipe

• Buffalo Grass Vodka, Dry Vermouth, Irish Whiskey, Lemon Twist

6 parts buffalo grass vodka, 1 part dry vermouth, Irish whiskey, Lemon twist

Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with Irish whiskey. Combine vodka and vermouth in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.

Manhasset Martini Recipe

• Rye Whiskey, Dry Vermouth, Sweet Vermouth, Lemon Juice, Lemon Twist

6 parts rye whiskey, 1/2 part dry vermouth, 1/2 part sweet vermouth, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, Lemon twist

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
