Summer Cooler Martini Recipe

• Mint Sprigs, Superfine Sugar, Lemon Juice, Vodka

Refreshingly minty.

3 Mint sprigs, 1 tsp. Superfine sugar, 1 oz. Lemon juice, 2½ oz. Vodka, Mint sprig for garnish

Muddle mint, sugar, juice, and vodka in bottom of mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

The Potion Martini Recipe

• Vodka, Chambord, Lemon Juice, Superfine Sugar

A sweet temptation for all. Chambord is the black raspberry liqueur of intense flavor and French origin.

2 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Chambord, ½oz. Lemon juice, ½ tsp. Superfine sugar

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into your martini glass.
