What better way to be lit, than neon lit with Chartreuse?

1½ oz. Vodka, ½ oz. Yellow Chartreuse, 2 tsp. Galliano, 2 tsp. Blue curacao, ½ tsp. Lemon juice, Maraschino cherry for garnish

Pour liquid ingredients into mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Viva Europa Martini Recipe

• Vodka, Amaretto, Cointreau, Galliano, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Bitters

A toast to the glories of Italy and Provence.

1½ oz. Vodka, ½ oz. Amaretto, ½ oz. Cointreau, ½ oz. Galliano, 1 oz. Orange juice, 1 oz. Pineapple juice, 2 dashes Bitters
