2 oz. Chopin Polish Vodka, chilled, 2 Large spanish olives with pimentos, marinated in aquavit or dry white sherry

Pour small amount of aquavit or sherry into a well chilled martini glass: swirl once and discard. Add chilled vodka and garnish with olives on toothpick.
