Ingredients

6 parts gin
1 part dry vermouth
1 part sweet vermouth
3 to 5 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients

2½ oz. Rye whiskey
½ oz. Sweet vermouth
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

Pour whiskey and vermouth into missing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and garnish.

Four Seasons Rob Roy Martini

Ingredients

3 oz. Scotch
1 tsp. Sweet vermouth
1 dash Orange bitters
Orange twist for garnish
Maraschino Cherry for garnish

Instructions

Combine Scotch, sweet vermouth and bitters into your favorite mixing glass. Add some ice and give it a stir to chill. Prior to straining, wet the rim of a martini glass with an orange twist. Garnish with a cherry.
