Bloodhound Martini

Ingredients

6 parts gin
2 parts sweet vermouth
2 parts dry vermouth
3 fresh strawberries
Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until well blended. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with fresh strawberry.

Cherry Rob Roy Martini

An innocent mix, but not as sweet as you think.

Ingredients

2 oz. Scotch
½ oz. Sweet vermouth
½ oz. Stock Maraschino liqueur
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

Combine Scotch, sweet vermouth and liqueur into your favorite mixing glass. Add some ice and give it a stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cherry, of course!

Delmonico Martini

Brandy-laced cocktail born at the famous hotel.

Ingredients

1½ oz. Gin
½ oz. Brandy
½ oz. Sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass.

1 part dry vermouth
1 dash sweet vermouth
1 dash Cointreau

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
