• Gin, Dry Vermouth, Pernod, Grenadine

6 parts gin, 2 parts dry vermouth, 1/2 teaspoon Pernod, 1 dash grenadine

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

• Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari, Benedictine, Pernod, Bitters, Orange Twist

A garden of delights.

1½ oz. Gin, ½ oz. Sweet vermouth, 1 oz. Campari, 1 tsp. Benedictine, 1 tsp. Pernod, 2 dashes Bitters, Orange twist for garnish

Combine all ingredients except garnish in mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish.

6 parts gin, 2 parts dry vermouth, 1 part Pernod, Star anise

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with star anise.
