Summer Scotch Cocktail Martini

Refreshing grapefruit and vermouth make this a perfect summer swig.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Scotch
• ½ oz. Dry vermouth
• 2 oz. Grapefruit juice
• Lime twist for garnish

Instructions

Pour Scotch and vermouth into a mixing glass. Top it off with grapefruit juice. Add some ice and stir till chilled. Strain into martini glass and garnish with a twist.

Sweetie Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts gin
• 1 part dry vermouth
• 1 part sweet vermouth
• Lemon twist

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.

Tequini Martini

• 6 parts silver tequila
• 1 part dry vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Lemon twist

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist. Note: Enhance this drink by rubbing the lemon twist over the rim of the glass.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Lukusowa potato vodka
• 1 oz. Hiram Walker blackberry brandy
• 1 oz. Dry vermouth
• 1 tsp. Lemon juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into your martini glass.
