Ingredients

• 1 cup gin
• 1 tablespoon dry vermouth
• 4 large pimento-stuffed green olives

Instructions

Fill a 4-cup glass measuring cup 1/3 full with ice. Add gin and vermouth and stir gently. Immediately strain mixture into chilled martini glasses. Add an olive to each glass and serve immediately.

• 1 part dry white wine
• 1 teaspoon Campari
• Lime twist
