Ravels Bolero Martini Recipe

• Light Rum, Peach Schnapps, Apple Brandy, Dry Vermouth, Sweet Vermouth

Thumpingly good.

2 oz. Light rum, 1 oz. Peach schnapps, ½ oz. Apple brandy, ½ oz. Dry vermouth, ½ oz. Sweet vermouth

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill and strain into your martini glass.

• Lukusowa Potato Vodka, Blackberry Brandy, Dry Vermouth, Lemon Juice

Elegant cocktail made with potato vodka from Poland.

2 oz. Lukusowa potato vodka, 1 oz. Hiram Walker blackberry brandy, 1 oz. Dry vermouth, 1 tsp. Lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into your martini glass.

Warsaw Martini Recipe

• Potato Vodka, Dry Vermouth, Blackberry Brandy, Lemon Juice

4 parts potato vodka, 1 part dry vermouth, 1 part blackberry brandy, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
