Sweet Manhattan Martini

With maraschino liqueur.

Ingredients

• 2 ½ oz. Rye whiskey
• ¼ oz. Sweet vermouth
• ¼ oz. Maraschino liqueur
• Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

Pour whiskey, vermouth and liqueur into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cherry.

Sweet Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts gin
• 2 parts sweet vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Orange twist

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange twist.

Tequini Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts silver tequila
• 1 part dry vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Lemon twist

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist. Note: Enhance this drink by rubbing the lemon twist over the rim of the glass.

The Cloisters Martini

A garden of delights.

Ingredients

• 1½ oz. Gin
• ½ oz. Sweet vermouth
• 1 oz. Campari
• 1 tsp. Benedictine
• 1 tsp. Pernod
• 2 dashes Bitters
• Orange twist for garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except garnish in mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish.
