Ingredients

• 6 parts gin
• 1 part dry vermouth
• 1 part sweet vermouth
• cocktail olives

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with olive.

Perfect Rob Roy Martini

Sweet and Dry.

Ingredients

• 3 oz. Scotch
• 1 tsp. sweet vermouth
• 1 tsp. dry vermouth
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

Combine Scotch, sweet vermouth and dry vermouth into your favorite mixing glass. Add some ice and give it a stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a twist.

Picadilly Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts gin
• 2 parts dry vermouth
• 1/2 teaspoon Pernod
• 1 dash grenadine

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
