Ingredients

• 2 oz. Whiskey of choice
• ½ oz. Dry vermouth
• ½ oz. Orange juice

Instructions

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into martini glass.

Ideal Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts gin
• 2 parts dry vermouth
• 1/2 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• Lemon twist

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.

Imperial Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts gin
• 2 parts dry vermouth
• 1/2 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
• 3 to 5 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

In And Out Martini

Ingredients

• 7 parts vodka
• Dry vermouth
• 2 blue cheese-stuffed olives
• Lemon twist

Instructions

Pour vermouth into a well-chilled martini glass. Swish it around and then discard. Pour vodka into the glass and garnish with olives and lemon twist.
