Four Seasons Shamrock Martini

Ingredients

2 oz. Irish whiskey
1 oz. Dry vermouth
1 tsp. Green creme de menthe

Instructions

Pour ingredients into mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill and strain into martini glass.

Frozen Martini

Ingredients

5 parts gin
1 part dry vermouth
2 almond-stuffed cocktail olives

Instructions

Place gin, vermouth, olives, cocktail glass, and cocktail shaker in freezer for at least 3 hours. When all components are thoroughly chilled, combine gin and vermouth in the chilled cocktail shaker and shake well. Place the two frozen olives in the chilled cocktail glass and pour the gin and vermouth mixture over it.

Gibson Martini

Ingredients

8 parts gin or vodka
3 to 5 dashes dry vermouth
2 cocktail onions

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with onions.
