Alconquin Martini

Ingredients

• 1½ oz. Whiskey of choice
• 1 oz. Dry vermouth
• 1 oz. Pineapple juice
• 1 oz. Club soda

Instructions

Pour whiskey, vermouth and juice into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass, top with club soda and stir gently.

• 1 part BACARDI 8 Rum
• 3 parts Club Soda
• 12 Mint Leaves
• 1/2 Lime
• 1/2 Part Sugar

Instructions

Serving Instructions: Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in a glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add BACARDI 8 Rum, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel..

• 1/2 Lime
• 1/2 Part Sugar

• 7 parts club soda
• 2 tsp. simple syrup or 4 tsp. sugar
• mint sprigs for garnish
