California Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts vodka
• 1 part red wine
• 1 tablespoon dark rum
• 3 to 5 dashes orange bitters
• Orange twist

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange twist.

Caribbean Twilight Martini

With dark rum. Peychaud's bitters were formulated in New Orleans in 1793.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Dark rum
• ½ oz. Orange liqueur of choice
• ½ oz. Lemon juice
• 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
• Orange twist for garnish

Instructions

Combine rum, liqueur and juice in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Chocolate Covered Orange Martini
