• Bacardi Razz Flavored Rum, Club Soda, Mint Leaves, Lime, Sugar

1 part BACARDI Razz Flavored Rum, 3 parts Club Soda, 12 Mint Leaves, 1/2 Lime, 1/2 Part Sugar

Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in a glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add BACARD RAZZ flavored rum, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel..

Chocolate Mint Cocktail Martini Recipe

• Light Rum, White Creme De Menthe, Godiva Liqueur, Mint Sprigs

With the dark chocolate Godiva Liqueur, which also comes in white chocolate and cappuccino flavors.

2 oz. Light rum, ½ oz. White creme de menthe, ½ oz. Godiva Liqueur, Mint sprig for garnish

Combine rum and liqueurs in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

• Mount Gay Rum, Cointreau, Lemon Juice, Mint, Mint Sprigs

2 oz. Mount Gay rum, ½ oz. Cointreau, ½ oz. Lemon juice, 3 sprigs Mint, crushed, Mint sprig for garnish

Combine all ingredients except garnish in mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.
