Ingredients

• 4 parts gin
• 2 parts light rum
• 1 part dry vermouth
• Kumquat

Instructions

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with kumquat.

Caribbean Sunset Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Light rum
• ½ oz. Triple sec
• ½ oz. Lemon juice
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

Combine rum, liqueur and juice in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Chocolate Mint Cocktail Martini

With the dark chocolate Godiva Liqueur, which also comes in white chocolate and cappuccino flavors.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Light rum
• ½ oz. White creme de menthe
• ½ oz. Godiva Liqueur
• Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

Combine rum and liqueurs in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Cuban Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts light rum
• 1 part dry vermouth
• Granulated sugar
• Lime twist

Instructions

Rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar. Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lime twist.
