Senora Caesar Martini

An Italian beauty. Galliano, introduced to most Americans by the Harvey Wallbanger cocktail, is yellow, sweet and intriguingly complex.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Light rum
• ½ oz. Galliano
• ½ oz. Fresh sour mix
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

Combine rum, liqueur and sour mix in mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.
