Jamaican Martini Recipe

• Gin, Red Wine, Dark Rum, Orange Bitters, Cherry Peppers

6 parts gin, 1 part red wine, 1 tablespoon dark rum, 3 to 5 dashes orange bitters, Cherry peppers

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherry peppers.

• Gold Rum, Dark Rum, Dry Vermouth, Olive

2 oz. Gold or Dark rum, 1 oz. Dry vermouth, 3 olives for garnish

Pour rum and vermouth into mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your chilled martini glass and garnish.

• Dark Rum, Amaretto, Creme De Noyaux

An almondy treat, straight up or on ice.

2 oz. Dark rum, ½ oz. Amaretto, ½ oz. Creme de noyaux

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into your martini glass.
