Blue Inca Martini

Flavored with tequila.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Silver tequila
• 1 oz. Light rum
• 1 oz. Blue curacao

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill and strain into your martini glass.

Brown Cocktail

Ingredients

• 4 parts gin
• 2 parts light rum
• 1 part dry vermouth
• Kumquat

Instructions

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with kumquat.

California Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts vodka
• 1 part red wine
• 1 tablespoon dark rum
• 3 to 5 dashes orange bitters
• Orange twist

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange twist.

Candy Apple Martini

A sour apple sweetened with cherry.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Dark rum
• ½ oz. Sour apple liqueur
• ½ oz. Cherry Heering
• ½ oz. Lemon juice

Instructions

Pour rum, liqueurs and juice into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.
