Bacardi Razz Mojito

Ingredients

• 1 part BACARDI Razz Flavored Rum
• 3 parts Club Soda
• 12 Mint Leaves
• 1/2 Lime
• 1/2 Part Sugar

Instructions

Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in a glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add BACARD RAZZ flavored rum, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel..

Banana Cream Pie Martini

As yummy as it sounds.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Light rum
• ½ oz. Creme de banane
• ½ oz. Godiva Liqueur
• ½ oz. White creme de cacao

Instructions

Pour rum and liqueurs into mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill and strain into your martini glass.

Black Dog Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts light rum
• 1 part dry vermouth
• Pitted black olive

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in mixing glass with cracked ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with olive.

Blind Kamikaze Martini

More formidable than its vodka counterpart.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Light rum
• ½ oz. Peach schnapps
• ½ oz. Midori
• ½ oz. Chambord
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

Pour rum, schnapps and liqueurs into mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.
