Applesauce Martini

An autumn cocktail. Applejack is a potent apple brandy of American origin.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Gold rum
• 1 oz. Applejack
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• Apple slice for garnish

Instructions

Combine rum, apple puree and cinnamon in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Aztec Gold Martini

With Cuervo Gold and rum, yum!

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Absolut
• 1 oz. Jose Cuervo Gold tequila
• 1 oz. Mount Gay rum
• 1 oz. Pineapple juice

Instructions

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill and strain into your martini glass.

Bacardi 8 Mojito

Ingredients

• 1 part BACARDI 8 Rum
• 3 parts Club Soda
• 12 Mint Leaves
• 1/2 Lime
• 1/2 Part Sugar

Instructions

Serving Instructions: Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in a glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add BACARDI 8 Rum, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel..

Bacardi Big Apple Mojito

Ingredients

• 1 part BACARDI BIG APPLE Rum
• 3 parts Club Soda
• 12 Mint Leaves
• 1/2 Lime
• 1/2 Part Sugar

Instructions

Serving Instructions: Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in a glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add BACARD BIG APPLE Rum, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint and a lime or green apple slice.
