2 oz. Light rum, ½ oz. Limoncello, ½ oz. Orange liqueur of choice, ½ oz. Lemon juice

Combine rum, liqueurs and juice in mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into your martini glass.

• Scotch, Orange Liqueur, Orange Juice, Orange Twist

A triple orange whizbang.

3 oz. Scotch, ½ oz. Orange liqueur, ½ oz. Orange juice, Orange twist for garnish

In a mixing glass pour first the Scotch, second the liqueur, and triple the orange flavor by adding the orange juice last. Add some ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist.

• Cinnamon Vodka, Sweet Vermouth, Orange Liqueur, Cinnamon Stick

6 parts cinnamon vodka, 1 part sweet vermouth, 1 part orange liqueur, Cinnamon stick

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cinnamon stick.
