Taxi Cap Martini Recipe

• Whiskey, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Lemon Twist

More orange than yellow.

2 oz. Whiskey of choice, 2 oz. Orange juice, 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice, Lemon twist for garnish

Combine whiskey and juices in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a twist.

Tequini Martini Recipe

• Silver Tequila, Dry Vermouth, Orange Bitters, Lemon Twist

6 parts silver tequila, 1 part dry vermouth, 1 dash orange bitters, Lemon twist

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist. Note: Enhance this drink by rubbing the lemon twist over the rim of the glass.
