Bacardi Coco Mojito

Ingredients

• 11/2 parts BACARDI COCO
• 12 fresh spearmint leaves
• 1/2 lime
• 7 parts club soda
• 2 tsp. simple syrup or 4 tsp. sugar
• mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Crush mint leaves and lime in a tall glass. Cover with simple syrup and fill glass with ice. Add BACARDI COCO™ and club soda, stir well.

Broadway Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts gin
• 1 part white creme de menthe
• Fresh mint sprig

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with mint sprig.

Chocolate Mint Cocktail Martini

With the dark chocolate Godiva Liqueur, which also comes in white chocolate and cappuccino flavors.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Light rum
• ½ oz. White creme de menthe
• ½ oz. Godiva Liqueur
• Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

Combine rum and liqueurs in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Jubilee Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
• ½ oz. Cointreau
• 1 oz. Fresh sour mix
• 2 Mint leaves, crushed
• Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

Combine vodka, liqueur, sour mix and leaves in mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.
