Chocolate Mint Cocktail Martini

With the dark chocolate Godiva Liqueur, which also comes in white chocolate and cappuccino flavors.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Light rum
• ½ oz. White creme de menthe
• ½ oz. Godiva Liqueur
• Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

Combine rum and liqueurs in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Rum Jubilee Martini

A celebration of Mentha piperita, or peppermint.

Ingredients

• 3 sprigs Peppermint
• ½ oz. Fresh sour mix
• 2 oz. Light rum
• Peppermint sprig for garnish

Instructions

Muddle peppermint and sour mix in bottom of mixing glass. Add rum, ice and shake. Strain into your martini glass.
