Ingredients
- 2 oz. Mount Gay rum
- ½ oz. Cointreau
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- 3 sprigs Mint, crushed
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except garnish in mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.
South Side Cocktail Martini
A minty vintage cocktail.
Ingredients
- 3 Mint leaves
- 1 tsp. Superfine sugar
- 2 oz. Gin
- 1½ oz. Lemon juice
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
Muddle leaves and sugar in bottom of mixing glass. Pour in gin and juice. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.
Summer Cooler Martini

Ingredients
- 3 Mint sprigs
- 1 tsp. Superfine sugar
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- 2½ oz. Vodka
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
Muddle mint, sugar, juice, and vodka in bottom of mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.
Summer Snap Martini

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Vodka
- ½ oz. White creme de menthe
- 1 oz. Apricot brandy
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
