Scotch Irish Shillelagh Martini

Named after a cudgel or fighting stick this is a wallop of a drink.

Ingredients

2 oz. Scotch
½ oz. Sloe gin
½ oz. Light rum
½ oz. Fresh sour mix
Maraschino Cherry for garnish

Instructions

Sloe-ly mix together Scotch, sloe gin, light rum, and sour mix in mixing glass. Add some ice and shake with clenched fists. Strain into a solid martini glass and gently garnish.

Smoky Martini

Ingredients

6 parts gin
1 part dry vermouth
1 teaspoon scotch
Lemon twist

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.
