8 parts gin or vodka, 2 parts Rose’s lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3 oz. Gin, ½ oz. Roses lime juice, Lemon wedge for garnish

Pour gin and juice into mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish.

• Gin, Dry Vermouth, Sweet Vermouth, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Angostura Bitters

6 parts gin, 1 teaspoon dry vermouth, 1 teaspoon sweet vermouth, 1 teaspoon triple sec, 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice, 1 dash Angostura bitters
