Ingredients

• 6 parts gin
• 1 part chartreuse
• Almond-stuffed olive

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with olive.

Green River Martini

“Green” meaning Chartreuse in this case. This herb and spice crammed liqueur was created by French Carthusian monks in the 16th century.

Ingredients

• 2½ oz. Gin
• ½ oz. Green Chartreuse
• ½ oz. Yellow Chartreuse

Instructions

Pour gin and liqueurs into mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass.
