6 parts gin, 3 parts Dubonnet rouge, 3 to 5 dashes Angostura bitters, 3 to 5 dashes Pernod, Lime twist

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lime twist.

2½ oz. Light rum, ½ oz. Orange liqueur of choice, ½ oz. Dry Dubonnet

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into your martini glass.

Dubonnet Manhattan Martini Recipe

• Bourbon, Dubonnet, Dubonnet Rouge, Dry Vermouth

Choose between regular Dubonnet or red…or both.

3 oz. Bourbon, ½ oz. Dubonnet or Dubonnet Rouge, ½ oz. Dry vermouth

Pour together ingredients in mixing glass. Add some ice and shake left or shake right. Strain into your choice of martini glass.

Foreign Legion Martini Recipe

• Mount Gay Rum, Dubonnet Rouge, Orange Juice

For a nicely textured drink, use O.J. with pulp.

2 oz. Mount Gay rum, ½ oz. Dubonnet Rouge, ½ oz. Orange juice

Combine rum, liqueur and juice in mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into your martini glass.

• Currant Vodka, Dubonnet Blanc, Maraschino Liqueur, Lemon Twist

6 parts currant vodka, 2 parts Dubonnet blanc, 1 part maraschino liqueur, Lemon twist

• Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Dubonnet Rouge, Pernod

6 parts gin, 1 part sweet vermouth, 1/2 teaspoon Dubonnet rouge, 1/2 teaspoon Pernod
