Ingredients

• 1 oz creme de cacao
• 1 oz creme de noyaux
• .5 oz Skyy Vodka
• 1 oz heavy cream

Instructions

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour ingredients intoshaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass and serve.

Scotch Alexander Martini

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Dewars White Label Scotch
• 1 oz. White creme de cacao
• 1 oz. Heavy cream
• Nutmeg for sprinkling

Instructions

Combine Dewars Scotch, white creme de cacao and cream into your favorite mixing glass. Add some ice and shake gently. Strain into a martini glass and top with a sprinkle or two of nutmeg.

Swiss Alps Martini

Think snow and chocolate.

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
• 1 oz. White creme de cacao
• 1 oz. Light cream
• Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Wagnerian in its richness. Jagermeister is a German liqueur with a bitter but interesting herbal flavor.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Dark creme de cacao
• ½ oz. Light cream
• ½ oz. Jagermeister

Instructions

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into your martini glass.
