• 2 oz. Bacardi 151
• ½ oz. Cointreau
• ½ oz. Fresh sour mix
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

Pour liquids into mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

The Sophisicated Metropolitan Martini

Ingredients

• 1½ oz. Absolut Kurant
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• ½ oz. Chambord
• 1 oz. Fresh sour mix
• 1 oz. Cranberry juice
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

Pour liquid ingredients into mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Vanilla Twist Martini

Ingredients

• 6 parts vanilla vodka
• 1 part Cointreau
• 1 part dry vermouth
• Vanilla bean

Instructions

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with vanilla bean.

Viva Europa Martini

Ingredients

• 1½ oz. Vodka
• ½ oz. Amaretto
• ½ oz. Cointreau
• ½ oz. Galliano
• 1 oz. Orange juice
• 1 oz. Pineapple juice
• 2 dashes Bitters

Instructions

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill and strain into your martini glass.
