Caribbean Twilight Martini Recipe

• Dark Rum, Orange Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Peychaud'S Bitters, Orange Twist

With dark rum. Peychaud's bitters were formulated in New Orleans in 1793.

2 oz. Dark rum, ½ oz. Orange liqueur of choice, ½ oz. Lemon juice, 1 dash Peychaud's bitters, Orange twist for garnish

Combine rum, liqueur and juice in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.
