2 oz. Dark rum
½ oz. Orange liqueur of choice
½ oz. Lemon juice
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
Orange twist for garnish
Instructions
Combine rum, liqueur and juice in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your martini glass and garnish.

Ingredients
3 oz. Scotch
1 tsp. Sweet vermouth
1 dash Orange bitters
Orange twist for garnish
Maraschino Cherry for garnish
Instructions
Combine Scotch, sweet vermouth and bitters into your favorite mixing glass. Add some ice and give it a stir to chill. Prior to straining, wet the rim of a martini glass with an orange twist. Garnish with a cherry.
